** We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to USPS. Quail & Co. is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the USPS.

* IF your address changes prior to shipping, It is your responsibility to contact us. Quailandcochildrens@gmail.com to request a change of address. If your package is returned or lost due to shipping to the old address you will be responsible for the new shipping fee.
*Please Check your items upon receiving them, any manufacturing defects must be reported to Quail & Co. within 3 days of receiving. You can send us a email to Quailandcochildrens@gmail.com. With order details and pictures of the defect. You will then have 7 Days to send the defected item back to Quail & Co. We will issue a return shipping label For DEFECTS ONLY. Label will only good for 7 days. If not returned in the 7 day's you will no longer be able to return it.
* All estimated time of arrivals for preorders are posted on the group wall when ordering, but are subject to change. Please keep up with our facebook page/group for all updates on shipping. Please understand that any manufacturing/shipping delays are out of our control and we will do our best to keep you up to date should any delays arise. When placing an order with Quail & Co. Children's Boutique you are agreeing to not hold us liable for any delays in receiving or shipping your paid for items as a result of inclement weather, or any natural disasters that are out of our control.
*Most items are preordered meaning it normally takes 1.5 months + ship time from the order date. Please keep this in mind when ordering sizes.
